Public Safety

The starting point of your Public Safety network is the 4.9Ghz base node. This is a complete Public Safety solution based on the Xnet Viper multi-radio mesh node. Because of the multi-radio design, the Xnet Viper nodes can segment the mesh-based Public Safety network for different types of network operations, such public safety services, information services and municipally services, all using the same Xnet Viper node. The modular design of the Xnet Viper series will be used to blend Wireless mesh and Mobile WiMAX technologies into the seamless working Hopling Metro Topology. The Xnet Viper multi-radio outdoor nodes are capable of handling 4 radio's in a balanced mix of 2.4-2.6GHz, 3.4-3.6GHz, 4.9GHz, 5GHz, 900MHz bands.

The Hopling Metro Topology solution
enables seamless citywide Public Safety coverage, leveraging the advantages of wireless Mesh and Mobile WiMAX such as mobility, high throughput, low cost, and the
ubiquity of client devices such as the
4.9GHz Xclient Mamba, which was specially designed for Mobile Public Safety applications. With the introduction of automatic self-configurable wireless indoor and outdoor Public Safety nodes, public services can deploy a wireless meshed network solution in a matter of hours without the need for per node wiring or installation specialists.

Public Safety mobile applications based on the latest cutting-edge wireless technology

Mesh Routing explained
Hopling Technologies wireless equipment uses the HopWARE Mesh Architecture (HMA) for the creation of large-scale wireless citywide networks. As part of Hopling Technologies’ HopWARE Mesh Architecture, the patented Hopling Discovery Protocol, including HDP Visual, is specifically designed for massive wireless network environments. The protocol enables a remote node to automatically and dynamically select the best data path among other nodes within the mesh coverage area. This provides greater data resiliency to radio frequency interference and helps to ensure optimal mesh network capacity. As new nodes are added to expand the deployed network, each node dynamically adjusts data routing schemes for maximum efficiency. The Xnet Viper nodes are also equipped with the Virtual Gateway allowing a mesh network solution to be segmented into multiple wireless networks.
