WebNet Global EU Picks Hopling Technologies’ Hometown
for Launch in Europe

Hopling Technologies, a fast growing technology leader in
IP-based wireless networking equipment for enterprises,
operators and service providers, announced today that WebNet
Global EU, a subsidiary of WebNet Global Communications, has
selected Almere to launch its European Converged Wireless
Network for residential and business customers.
The European Converged Wireless Network implemented by WebNet
Global EU, operated by the new European corporate offices in
Almere, becomes generally available on Thursday, providing
wireless mobility in the Almere city center and the marina.
WebNet Global EU recognizes the enormous opportunity in Europe
and has selected the Netherlands, the gateway to Europe, to
launch its European mobility Network including VoIP -
Residential and Business, local and long distance phone
services.
The entire Network is deployed using Xnet Viper multi-radio
nodes. Network management, provided by the Hopling Technologies
Managed Services program, is hosted and managed from Hopling
Services’ Network Operating Center in Almere, and
authentication, billing, roaming and pricing services is managed
from WebNet’s Network Operating Service Center in Vancouver,
Canada.
