Almere,
November 15, 2006 - Hopling Technologies,
a fast growing
technology leader in IP-based wireless networking equipment for
enterprises, operators and service providers, is pleased to
announce the expansion of its staff with two recent hires:
Public Relations Manager Iris de Kroon and Sales Director France
Gérard Dupin.
Hopling Technologies was established in February 2004 and has
been at the forefront of innovation in the wireless environment
ever since. The company has grown to become leading industry
provider of wireless mesh network solutions. Hopling
Technologies is a privately held company, led by seasoned
executives with extensive experience operating both enterprise
software companies and large carrier networks. The company’s
philosophy “Customer First” ensures that only by putting the
customers first, can a viable business be created. This has been
validated so far by the growth of the company and the demand for
its mesh network solutions and services.
Iris
de Kroon has joined the staff of Hopling Technologies as the
company's new Public Relations Manager and will be responsible
for all communication activities of Hopling Technologies for
both the national and the international press. This will enhance
the presence and name recognition of Hopling Technologies in the
global wireless market. Gérard Dupin, the former Managing
Director of Global Crossing France, had been appointed Sales
Director France. Gérard has more than 30 years of experience in
the telecom field. Based in Paris, he is in charge of all sales
activities in France.
“Our ongoing campaign to recruit qualified staff for new
positions will continue indefinitely, particularly as we are
growing at an unprecedented rate. We are delighted to have these
energetic, competent professionals join our team,” says Frank
Koopman, Chief Executive Officer at Hopling Technologies.
In pace with the company’s growth was its August 2006 move to a
new corporate headquarters. Situated on a prime location in a
distinctive business park, the new headquarters combines
expanded office and research & development space with a
manufacturing unit, a 5000 feet logistics warehouse and the
European repair center.
“The move was strategic,” says Frank Koopman. “By consolidating
all activities on one campus, we are able to streamline
operations and improve process efficiencies. Ultimately, the
customer benefits: our team is more cohesive and our service is
more responsive.”
