Almere, September 4, 2007 - Hopling Technologies, a fully fledged daughter company of Hopling Group, today announced Hopling Technologies’ new Board of Directors. Nicolaas Rauwenhoff will serve as chairman of the board and Ed Trautig will serve as director.

The new board of directors intends to work closely with the current management team to build on the accomplishments that have been achieved during the past 3,5 years and to help Hopling Technologies strengthen its position as fast growing technology leader in IP-based wireless networking equipment.

Chairman of the Board, Nicolaas Rauwenhoff was, from 2002 until end 2006, managing director of Lucent Technologies Nederland, one of the largest innovation powerhouses in the communications industry. In addition, he served as vice president Global Business Partners Europe and in 2006 Nicolaas was promoted to vice president business development for Lucent Technologies Europe.

Director, Ed Trautig served, from March 2005 until February 2007, as chief operational officer at NIBC, a leading merchant bank offering innovative corporate finance, risk management and investment management solutions to corporations. In addition, Ed also served as member of the advisory board of Stichting Kennistransfercentrum and is currently supervisory director of Telemetronics Biometry.

Over the past years, Ed Trautig has served as member of the board of directors for several companies, including Getronics, Videotex Nederland, Worldaccess, Planet Internet, Business Management Group.
